Volunteers needed: the festival is produced through the effort of our many volunteers. 3RFS has no paid staff. Please let us know how you can help. Download the Volunteer Form (17 kB PDF), print the form, fill it out, and send it in as directed.



Application forms and information: These can be downloaded via the following links. The forms are in Portable Document Format (PDF), and are readable via the free Adobe (Acrobat) Reader. Application forms can be printed and filled out by hand. As an alternative, request a copy of any of these items by mail via the e-mail link or mail address at the bottom of this page. Sorry, 3RFS is not set up to take applications online.

Performer Pack: SORRY! Performer applications were due by May 15.

Songwriter Pack: SORRY! Songwriter applications were due by May 15.

Artists and Craft Vendors Pack: Contains a cover letter, artists' prospectus, and application form. Applications from artists and crafts vendors must be received no later than July 15. PDF version (51 kB)
